Race Packet Preparation a few days before the race.

Packet pick-up/Late registration the evening before the race.
Race Day on City Island includes many opportunities:

Race Day Pavilion Preparation: 6:15am to 7:30am

Race Day Registration & Packet Pick-up: - 6:45am to 8:45am

Food Organization and Service: 8:00am through approx. 11:30am

Finisher Medal Preparation and Distribution: - 9:15am - noon

Awards Preparation: 10:15am - 11:15am

Clean-up: 10:30am to 12:30pm

Open Stage Water Table at the Greenbelt: 8:30am to 11:00am

Floaters: Be ready to help at any point from 7:00am to 9:00am or 9:00am to 11:00am
